Ms Polite Mukonori has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Africa Business School. She has built a robust career over the past 16 years in auditing, risk management, and finance, within private and public sectors. Polite has provided invaluable consulting and auditing services across a diverse range of organizations, including Municipalities, Government entities, Banks, Medical Aids TVET Colleges, and the FMCG industry. In addition to her auditing and finance expertise, Polite specializes in sustainability reporting, integrated reporting, business consulting, strategic management, ethics and fraud risk management.
She is dedicated to fostering a culture of ethical leadership and governance, ensuring that organizations operate with integrity and accountability. Mr. Ronald Chibvongodze
Ronald is a qualified chartered accountant and a registered auditor. He has over 20 years of experience; Ronald specializes in financial accounting, external and internal audit, taxation, and corporate governance in the private and public sectors.
He advised public (PFMA & MFMA) and private sector clients, with a portfolio that included National and Provincial Treasuries, Municipalities, Government departments, and Private sector clients.
Directed a team of auditors and accountants conducting comprehensive financial audits for a portfolio of 20+ corporate clients, identifying and rectifying financial discrepancies. Implemented a risk-based audit approach, resulting in an increase in the detection of financial irregularities and an improvement in audit efficiency. Developed and executed a robust internal control system, mitigating financial risks and enhancing the public entity or private company’s compliance with regulatory standards.
Ronald has strong technical, managerial, and communication skills and a good knowledge of the applicable accounting principles and standards.
